Our online utility bill pay system is currently down. The software vendor is looking into the issue. In the meantime, we will not proceed with shut-offs as scheduled for 2/28/23 and will update the timeline when the system returns. You can still pay by credit card, check or cash at City Hall.

This page is about the broader Transportation Plan that is part of the City’s Comprehensive Plan process. This transportation plan is based on a model of assumed growth in the community and surrounding areas. The model is calibrated and studied to determine what transportation improvements will be needed to maintain an acceptable level of service (LOS). LOS usually reflects delay at intersections or delay on a given stretch of road–the higher the LOS the less waiting and smoother flow of traffic.
