NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Franchini Design has applied for a Conditional Use Permit CUP-2026-0001 for an outpatient drug & alcohol treatment center. The public is invited to comment on this Land Use Permit and attend the public hearing detailed below. Additional information can be found on our website with the project documents.
The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, participate in the public hearings/meetings, and request a copy of the final decision.
Comments may be emailed to the staff contact below or mailed to the attention of the staff contact at 1104 Maple St. Sumner, WA 98390. Comments will be accepted if filed with the Development Services Department on or before 5:00pm on August 3rd, 2026, or written or verbal testimony may be presented during the hearing.
